Before joining "Dolphies Promo Group Canada", he was a Business Consultant for a number of large manufacturing companies (Crown Corporation, DNG Foods - California Meats,  Gord Inc, Yell Manufacturing, etc.). Dan Marmerstein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Seneca@York. He has written numerous articles on research and evaluation and contributed his expertise to many articles in publications such as Production World and Industry Week.     Constantin Martynishyn, MBA, MD Founder, Director of Business Development "Dolphies Promo Group Canada Inc." e-mail: kmartyni@dolphiespromo.com Constantine joined "Dolphies Promo Group Canada" in January 2000. As Director of Business Development, Mr. Martynishyn is responsible for corporate strategic relationships and indirect distribution channels. Mr. Martynishyn has over 12 years of marketing and technical management experience in the advertising industry. Prior to joining "Dolphies Promo Group Canada", Mr. Martynishyn was employed with "Tavi LLC" as a Regional Director and Sales executive. Constantine has a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing Research from the University of Toronto and Computer Programming and Analysis degree from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. The position included being involvement with projects that deliver either new income opportunities or to keep DPG compliant as a result of legislation changes. Prior to this position Uri was employed by another global brand Talisman Services Eastern Europe. He held the position of Buyer and the position involved dealing with senior sales people and directors of many multi-national companies in the advertising industry.
